Microsoft Migration Support

Our organization will be migrating to a new Microsoft platform (with new SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Office apps, etc.) over the weekend of November 8-9.

This site is your one-stop shop for all Microsoft Migration resources, including critical steps everyone needs to complete before the migration (November 7), as well as after the migration (starting November 10).

Pre-Migration Steps to Complete

Please ensure to complete these steps by Friday, November 7.

Attend a Migration Training Session

Pre-migration training sessions will be offered twice per day, the week of November 3-7. Please ensure that you attend one of the sessions. If you cannot attend, please watch the recording below.

Complete Pre-Migration Checklist

Prior to the migration weekend, there are some pre-migration steps for you to complete (like syncing any desktop and local files to OneDrive, archiving web browser favourites, etc.), which must be completed by 5pm on Friday, November 7

Leave Computer Plugged In & Powered On 

When you finish work on Friday, November 7, leave your laptop on and connected to the internet for the weekend (ideally at your desk) to help ensure a smooth migration process.
